All regular meat case cuts can be pre-ordered with 24 hours notice, Tuesday through Friday.
Orders may be placed in-store or over the phone.
Custom fresh cut orders require minimum 48 hours notice, Tuesday through Saturday. Beef whole- or half-carcass requests require up to two weeks notice for local processing.
Please note, custom orders may require a deposit, and custom/pre-orders not picked up within 72 hours of delivery will be forfeited.
